What is the average rate of weight loss? The easy answer to this, everyone is different, however, diet plays a significant role so the sooner you can navigate this, the further ahead you will be. Finding your groove will happen through maintaining a good diet, practicing healthy habits and exercising. Once you find what works for your body, you may notice a weight loss average of 10lbs/month. However, weight loss can be a tricky thing. You may find that you do not lose much weight, however, your clothes fit much better. This would indicate that you are becoming leaner and taking up less space! Ultimately, most women care more about how their clothing fits than the number on the scale! If you are on the right track, you WILL see changes every week!
How do I prepare for my classes? VIRTUAL: To be best prepared for class, log into Zoom a few minutes early. Make sure you have a small open space that is clear of trip hazards. Set up your weights and bands somewhere easily accessible. Eat approximately 45 minutes before class, a balanced meal, however, try not to eat anything too heavy and difficult to digest. Wear comfortable workout clothes and bring a bottle of water with a small piece of fruit or granola bar. Wearing workout gloves is optional.
STUDIO: COVID-19 RULES: Please stay inside your vehicle until 5 minutes before your class. Before entry, your temperature will be taken and you will be expected to sanitize your hands upon entry and every 30 minutes after.

What equipment do I need for this program? VIRTUAL: If your home is equipped with a full weight set, awesome! If not, no problem! Equipment for this program is minimal and cost effective. Generally, a stability ball, long strength bands, a set on 10lb weights and short resistance bands is a good place to start. Your Coach will give you guidance around which equipment is best for you.
I am a Vegan, will this diet plan work for me? Signature Shape is designed to help you reach your goals without fully restricting you from the foods you love. Your diet will be designed to help you reach your body shaping goals. You will learn how to eat in a way that compliments your current lifestyle and is easy to continue long after you move through the program.
I don't know anything about lifting weights, is this program right for me? We have many women who begin our program having never lifted weights before and leave know how to transform their body by lifting weights safely! This is a group environment, however, modifications are made to support you with where you are at in your fitness journey!
I have an injury, can I participate? Many people suffer from joint injuries. Modifications are made based on your personal abilities. Your job is to be medically cleared to workout and notify your Coach of your injury so that modifications can be made. If you are in class and something doesn't feel comfortable, stop the movement, notify your Coach and learn which modification you can apply to your workout!
What is the allowed age? Women from 16 up are able to participate with Signature Shape programs.
Are Men allowed in this gym? VIRTUAL: This program is for women only.
STUDIO: Signature Shape is a Women's fitness program, however, this program shares space with other personal trainers who access a different area of the gym. Although Signature Shape Women workout in our own space, we may occasionally see a male walk through to get to their Trainer!
