What is the average rate of weight loss? The easy answer to this, everyone is different. Finding your groove will happen through maintaining a good diet, practicing healthy habits and exercising. Once you find what works for your body, you may notice a weight loss average of 10lbs/month. However, weight loss can be a tricky thing. You may find that you do not lose much weight, however, your clothes fit much better. This would indicate that you are becoming leaner and taking up less space! Ultimately, most women care more about how their clothing fits than the number on the scale! If you are on the right track, you WILL see changes every week!
How do I choose between In-Class and Online Signature Shape? The answer to this question is based on your location as well as your level of self motivation, personal finances and time availability. In-Class Signature Shape is beneficial if you live near the Brampton, Ontario area. If you require a bit more motivation from a social environment, a Coach to help you with proper form and a group environment to push you to be your best, this is the option for you! Online Signature Shape is for people who require a flexible schedule and are self motivated to meet their fitness goals. The Signature Shape App is cost effective at $59 every 4 weeks, giving you a program to compliment your natural body shape, a flexible diet to help you reach your body transformation goal and continuous communication directly with your Coach and other Online Members!
How do I prepare for my first class? To be best prepared for your first class, arrive 10 minutes early. Eat approximately 45 minutes before class, a balanced meal, however, try not to eat anything too heavy and difficult to digest. Wear comfortable workout clothes and bring a bottle of water with a small piece of fruit or granola bar. Wearing workout gloves is optional.
I am a Vegan, will this diet plan work for me? Signature Shape allows you to eat foods you love by introducing flexible dieting. This means that the amount of calories you eat will be designed to help you reach your body shaping goals. You will learn how to eat in a way that compliments your current lifestyle and is easy to continue long after you move through the program.
I don't know anything about lifting weights, is this program right for me? We have many women who walk into our program having never lifted weights before and leave know how to transform their body by lifting weights safely! This is a group environment, however, modifications are made to support you with where you are at in your fitness journey!
I have an injury, can I participate? Many people suffer from joint injuries. Modifications are made based on your personal abilities. Your job is to be medically cleared to workout and notify your Coach of your injury so that modifications can be made. If you are in class and something doesn't feel comfortable, stop the movement, notify your Coach and learn which modification you can apply to your workout!
What is the allowed age? Women from 16 up are able to participate with Signature Shape programs.
Are Men allowed in this gym? Signature Shape is a Women's fitness program, however, this program shares space with other personal trainers who access a different area of the gym. Although Signature Shape Women workout in our own space, we may occasionally see a male walk through to get to their Trainer!
Is the 12 Week Challenge open to Online Members? Unfortunately, not at this time. The 12 Week Challenge is only available to In-Class Members.
